Enrolment conditions

Participation in a course will only be possible if the total amount due for the course has been received by the Institut César Langues. The enrolment can be cancelled by a written letter, which must be received by the Institute a minimum of 15 days before the lessons start. In the case of a cancellation the enrolment fee will be refunded, less the administration fees (25 Euros). However, no refunds will be given for a cancellation received less than 15 days before the lessons are due to start, nor once the courses have started. The same rules apply to preliminary termination of the course.

If during a series of private courses you must miss a class due to a prior engagement, you must inform the Institute of this during working hours (9am-5pm) before the day of the class, or the class will be counted. (ex: If you have a course on Wednesday, you must inform the Institute no later than Tuesday 5pm, to cancel the class.)
